    So today the lit class was cancelled cause ms ng had food poisoning.aww...what a shame. Anyway, i went to work today and did five programmes in five hours. OK, OK, four programmes. the fifth one was deleted when stupid lightning hit our building and the power went out. *poof* one hour's work gone like that. That's life for ya! So I was in a foul mood by the time the day ended.

    However, Fistful of Colours kept me company as I sat on the bus home. I was fairly back to my normal mood when I reached Sembawang and i went to buy some groceries from NTUC before heading home. Man that book does wonders for the tortured soul.

    Nowadays I look at Singapore though a different lens. So many people from so many different races co-existing peacefully under one nation. Where else in Asia, let alone the world, can you find that? I couldn't help but feel proud to be a Singaporean as I walked though Sun Plaza seeing a multitude of people from different walks of life all together. A sense of belonging and pride, I guess.
    Ha ha ha, I guess it seems this "wanna leave Singapore" boy has finally found his roots. I think I might enjoy my life on this tiny yet so unique island that is Singapore.
